The book is divided into 3 Sections Section 1: Tells of overcoming three (3) decades of "food issues", and how I began teaching my seminars on "Reclaiming Health and Energy" which led to writing this book. Section 2: Contains twelve (12) chapters, one (1) for each month of the year. The idea is to focus on one (1) area each month so that by the end of one (1) year you have changed all areas of your Health for the Better! Section 3: Has recipes, helpful tips and other resources to help continue your education. I look forward to hearing from you, especially after you read the book.
